Hands-on: learning to make ravioli

Tuesdasy, May 13 – It’s time for a hands-on pasta event where you’ll learn to make authentic ravioli and sauce from scratch! Our teacher, Blair Soden, brings a big passion for cooking, teaching, and having fun in the kitchen. She started making ravioli while living in Firenze, and she’s been a pro ever since!
Ravioli, the beloved Italian stuffed pasta, has a rich history that traces back to the Middle Ages in Italy. The earliest documented mentions of Ravioli appear in the 14th century, with Italian merchant Francesco di Marco Datini writing about them in his letters. The dish is believed to have originated in Northern Italy, particularly in the Lombardy and Piedmont regions.
